Clients reviews about All Star Lock & Key

I had a bad car key cut by another company and it got stuck in the ignition. After wasting a whole lot of time trying to get those guys to fix the nut job they created, i finally rang up Scott, who was as professional and friendly as you could ask for. He comes right to your doorstep, and has top notch skills and tools for the job. He was able to do what i spent 3 days trying to get the other guys to fix. You certainly get what you pay for, and i don't mind paying for this service whenever i need help with locks and keys. Cheers, Ken ~ sk8rkenny

Absolutely amazing human. I dropped my key in the mop bucket at work, immobilised my car and then lost the key code. Unfortunately, a few things were wrong with the car and it was struggling. No one was willing to help out, but this amazing man actually saved my car after voluntarily coming back to me the following day to continue working on finding the problem and all. Everything worked out really well, but it was a mission for him and I'm so glad he didn't give up on me as everyone else did. ☺️☺️ Couldn't recommend anyone better honestly. ~ Kiera E

Scott was an absolute lifesaver. He arrived quickly, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He got the job done efficiently without any fuss and even took the time to explain a few helpful security tips. It’s rare to find someone who’s both skilled and genuinely cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend Allstar Lock and Key to anyone needing reliable locksmith services. ~ Brennan P

Whilst Scott couldn't help me directly (my enquiry related to a vehicle gearbox problem, unbeknownst to me), he provided me free advice how to get my partner's jammed key out of the ignition. Great service, fast response, good communication and on time, had a few others companies say they couldn’t find the codes to match my car to the new key (too hard basket) but Scott was adamant he could sort it and came through first thing the next day, highly recommended and their keys are actually better than factory. ~ J T

Keys got locked in my car. Alex was an absolute gangster. Separated the driver's door with pump air bags and slid in a metal poker to unlock my door from the inside with ease. Super quick, very professional, no damage. Was able to show up in 25 min at 8:45am on a Tuesday. Legend. ~ Xerxes P

Can highly recommend, he arrived within the time frame he gave me, easy to communicate with, affordable, although he couldn't fix the issue I had cos my immobiliser was way too old, he gave me details for 2 other locksmiths that dealt with older models and my problem was sorted within the hour ~ Astral_Visions 1
